& got the keys!! I also walked through it again with my Mom, checked everything out then I got all the utilities {electric, water, gas} switched from the landlord’s name into mine. I’m lucky because my Mom has known the couple who own all the duplexes for like ever so I know they take care of their tenants :) My Dad said we can start moving stuff in slowly because it’s super hot & I’m not actually going to start staying there until the 1st of August. And I only live 2 minutes from my parent’s house! Some people may be like ew why? But after living 800 miles away & being super homesick I’m glad they’re so close since I’m really close with my family. I’m excited because I have a big kitchen with lot of cabinet space & a HUGE master closet!! Pictures to come when I get everything decorated.

I sign the lease for my duplex on Wednesday!! :)
I applied for admission to Indiana State University today. Yes I live in Texas, but they’re the only school to offer a LPN/LVN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree strictly online! Since I work full time as a School Nurse, which I absolutely love, I don’t really have time to go back to a traditional classroom setting so this will work out perfectly for me :) It make take a little longer but I’m actually not in a huge hurry because I more than likely will have to leave the school I’m at now for a position at a bigger school district to get the pay for a RN, BSN once I graduate.
Wahhh, why is summer going so quick?!
I had already put some blonde in my hair at the beginning of summer & I was gonna go back to full on blonde like I used to be but I decided I look better with my hair dark, it looks a whole lot better with my complexion & my eye color.

I love going to my Mom’s hometown for stuff like that since it’s so small. It’s only about 20 minutes from here & my Uncle & Aunt still live there. I love hearing all sorts of stories from when they were growing up & it makes me wish I grew up in a smaller town. Granted Wichita Falls is not that big but it’s not that small either.
